DESIGN & APPROACH
Character in
every setting.
A closer look at how architecture, landscape and local context shape the residential experience.
THE DESIGN PERSPECTIVE
Begin with
the place.
A waterfront residence, an urban courtyard and a private villa each ask different questions of design.
The portfolio offers a way to explore those differences: the silhouette of NEXT Coral, the terraced landscape of NEXT Collection and the warm material language of Villa Perla.

NEU Tbilisi.
Another life for a historic site.
NEXT’s proposed development at the former Wetzel Brewery brings 199 residences to a site dating to 1867. The published design incorporates brewery arches, an industrial chimney, copper-toned details and a public courtyard.
The project illustrates a design direction grounded in the city’s existing character.
