ABOUT THIS CONCEPT

A working
perspective.

An independent website concept prepared by Ehab Shouly to demonstrate a possible corporate experience for NEXT.

Purpose and status

This is not an official NEXT website. The companion NEXT Properties concept demonstrates property discovery and enquiry journeys. Neither site accepts reservations or payments. Contact links connect you to NEXT through WhatsApp, email and telephone; the websites do not submit enquiries to a server.

The proposed brand architecture

This concept presents Ehab Shouly’s proposed future structure and brand language for NEXT. NEXT Properties, NEXT Construction, NEXT Property Management, NEXT Hospitality and NEXT Investment Management sit beneath NEXT Group, with NEXT Hotels beneath NEXT Hospitality. These are the proposed business roles for the CEO discussion, rather than a representation of the current registered ownership structure.

The agreed Group tagline is “Shaping What Comes Next.” Each business has a distinct promise, with “Beyond the Expected.” for NEXT Properties. The approved company logo family uses the original NEXT letterforms with a distinct coloured N and company descriptor. The supplied vector artwork is used throughout, including dedicated versions for light and dark backgrounds.

Images and films

Project images come from NEXT’s public website and may show proposed developments. Hotel photographs and guest information for NEXT Orange, White, Green and NEXT Apartments come from the official NEXT Hotels website. The hotel section includes room types, guest guidance, membership information and archived events, with an on-site enquiry that prepares a draft for hotel reservations. Live availability, payment and membership accounts are not connected. The homepage background plays NEXT Coral’s original project film through a muted, looping YouTube player. Playback starts automatically when the browser permits; reduced-motion and data-saving preferences retain a project image. Watch full film opens the same complete project film with controls. The complete NEU architectural film is sourced from NEXT’s project website. Other films are embedded from NEXT’s official YouTube channel; playback depends on the video platform and publisher settings. No OMNIYAT imagery or films are used.

Leadership profiles

Kakha Devadze is NEXT’s founder. Sofio Chelidze’s CEO title was confirmed by Ehab Shouly for this proposal; NEXT’s public communications use Executive Director. Their short biographies draw on the linked public sources and remain subject to company approval. The founder portrait uses the supplied real photograph with digitally styled navy-suit clothing, a subtle smile and a warm beige-grey studio background. Sofio’s portrait uses the supplied real photograph with digitally styled black-suit clothing, white trim and a subtly adjusted smile. All eight leadership portraits share the same warm beige-grey studio background. The six remaining leadership profiles use fictional names, AI-generated portraits and sample biographies.

Illustrative construction updates

The construction journal demonstrates a proposed reporting experience using licensed generic stock footage, photographs and sample text. Each sample is labelled as an illustrative placeholder. None represents NEXT construction progress, a verified project stage or a dated site report. The published project milestones and official camera links are presented separately. View the stock-media source and licence record.

Company and project information

Content was checked against the public sources below in October 2026. Project availability, specifications, completion dates and commercial terms should be confirmed with NEXT. Completed-project descriptions reflect the company’s own classification. No confidential sales or channel data is published here.

History and corporate context

Historical milestones follow NEXT’s own published company timeline. Community and award descriptions link to the company’s announcements. The investor page uses a clearly attributed set of company-reported scale figures from one official overview, alongside direct links to market presentations. Business responsibilities and the group’s proposed purpose are part of the strategic concept.

Completed-project photography

Completed-project case studies use photographs from NEXT’s development pages and the official NEXT Hotels website. Their status follows NEXT’s own completed-project classification. No historic sale prices or investment-return claims are reproduced for these sold-out developments.

Corporate proof and services

Company scale figures are reproduced from NEXT’s public investor overview as accessed on 17 October 2026. They are company-reported measures, not independently audited figures; the source does not state one reporting date for the complete set. Market guides summarise NEXT’s published presentations using original concise copy.

Awards identify their recipient, year and source. The NEXT Coral award is confirmed by the TITAN organiser. Renovation and operating-service descriptions summarise NEXT’s existing public offer; their allocation within the proposed Group is part of this strategic concept. The guest-membership page introduces the hotel programme, with current eligibility and benefits confirmed by the hospitality team.

Your information

A limited set of recognised campaign labels can be kept for this tab’s session. Anonymous page interactions are held temporarily in page memory for measurement preparation; no external analytics or CRM service receives them in this concept. The corporate form prepares a message locally on this page. It does not submit or save your details on a server. Choosing WhatsApp passes the prepared message to WhatsApp; choosing email opens a draft in your email app. You review and send it there. The homepage background and films use external YouTube players.
